Old flat roof removed, supply and fit new timber decking, vapour barrier then applied. Mechanically fix 100mm Paratherm Insulation Boards, underlay felt of 3mm then applied. Supply and fit one 600mm x 600mm Velux Curve Tech Roof Light. Supply and fit one MK04 White Polyurethane Centre Pivot Solar Powered Opening Velux Window. Paralon torch on felt 4mm finish top coat is then applied using gas torch application. Torch on felt is applied to wall and parapet capping to ensure weather tightness for years to come. Plastered applied and still wet.
