Project Details

Roof stripped, insulated, refelt and battened, slated with blue bangor natural reclaimed slates to match original roof. Dormer roofs insulated externally, dressed in lead with replacement lead hip valleys. Parapet valley replaced with new copper valleys parapet caps lifted, lead DPC installed and granite cappings reinstalled. Brick chimney taken down, lead tray installed and chimney rebuilt in reclaimed brick to match original. Old flat roof replaced with newly decked flat roof, covered in paralon torch on felt.
